Default air conditioning install

I have a 1995 Tracker that I will always keep; however, it is a 5 speed with no air conditioning or cruse control. I would like to install both. Any suggestions...

you can buy after market AirCond. or pull one from a wreck and rebuild it.
you can buy cruise control from JC whitney dot com.
most CC pulls will be dodgy. (UK speak, LOL)

In my opinion the only practical way is to have a donor AC-equipped Tracker near yours while you swap components. This allows you to proceed methodically, with correct hardware, starting at the compressor and bracket, moving to the condenser, dryer, rubber and aluminum hoses, compressor wire to the donor relay, and then going inside. Take a look at your heater case-does it have a blank off plate where an AC unit would join? There is only one part # for the case, so there must be something like that. You'll also need the dashboard compressor switch. I can't imagine installing an 'aftermarket' unit. Grafting it into the duct system w/o losing heater function? The 4 upper screws holding the AC and blower cases to the inside firewall are a pain, or at least are for me.
