Default 94 Tracker (Need EGR System Diagram)...

I was just wondering if anyone had a diagram that shows all of the hoses/components in the EGR system. I have a 94 tracker 1.6L 8 valve and long story short, I have a recurring code 51 and I'm sure it's carbon build-up since the vehicle has 186,000 miles on it. I just want to make sure I don't miss cleaning and testing any components while I'm in there. Any help would be much appreciated. By the way, you all have a great site here. I really like how you promote troubleshooting techniques instead of just throwing parts at the problem codes. I've been to a few other sites who seem to not believe in finding the exact problem. They just replace everything that could cause the problem (shotgun it). Keep up the great work.

Thanks,
sluhbmet

jtgh,

I'm forever in your debt. Thanks for the "Holy Grail" Tracker EGR .pdf file. The flow chart at the end will make it so much easier to troubleshoot the system. You truly are the "Troubleshooting Man".

Thanks again,
sluhbmet
