Default Valve cover

What is the valve cover bolts supposed to be torqued to. It is a 1992 Suzuki sidekick with a 1.6 liter 8v 5spd 4x4

3 FT/lbs, or 36 inch lbs. (really it be impossble to use a foot lb scale)
source 6a-15 FSM
your just compressing the gasket a tiny bit. crushing it will distort it and cause it to leak.
