good title you have there, all in one string.

ok:
NOID fails, Spark good. No CEL.

to make Injector fire.
you need, this:
1:full power to ecu.
2: CAS signal ( you have that, cuz you gots spark)
3: the spark read back must be good coming from the spark supressor model.
inside said module is a 2000 ohm resistor , if open ,never will there ever be injections.
4: The TPS must have 2 conditions met, IDLE switch must be closed and the TPS POT must never signal W.O.T, or all injections will stop , especially WOT.

my crystal ball says TPS bad.

the TPS wiper must be setting at 1v.

are you sure the Injector pulses are not present? with a Noid lamp.

because if they are there, then your fuel pressure is zero.
does instant start or propane injected ,make car start.
yes?
Fuel pressure test port is on fuel filter, IT IS UNDERpressure,so be careful.
lets trouble shoot it.

also the TPS can loose ground or power and cause same.

must have 5vdc on the TPS, Pink wire ( gray/red harness)
must have 0v on TPS, black (gray/yell harness)
the tps wiper must vary 1 -4vdc brown ( Gray yellow at harness)

do not hot wire injector , our it will burn to smoke, DO NOT DO IT.

MEASURE THE INJECTOR ,IT IS 1 OHM ( .8. TO 1.8HOMMS)

if not it is gone.?

tell me more.

i picked up a cpl injectors from the junk yard im gonna try to replace that for the hell of it it runs great if you dump gas in the engine but stalls when gone and we got plenty of fuel pressure im hoping maybe the noid light i got was burnt out lol

lets trouble shoot this. ( set by step)
cpl injectors ( you found 2 , throttle body injectors in 1 day, wow) they cost like $225 each new. 8v has only 1 injector.

ok see my next photo , for $1.40 , a solid answer.

read the restance of the injector, it is about 1 ohm (harbor freight $3 meter)
spec, is 0.8 .to 1.8 ohms, never hot wire it. or it will just blow up.

if the fuel pressure is 30psi and the coil is good.
next attach this noid lamp to the output of the ecu at injector unplugged,
crank see it flash like my photo.
if it flashes ,then injector is clogged (screens or worse) or the pressure is being measure on the back side of fuel filter and filter is clogged up.

http://carfix.stufftoread.com/NOID/91-noid-sf1.jpg

photo is shaking ,cuz im cranking.

see RS pn there? cool huh.

now the we know 3 things, for a fact we can proceed.
1:good filter, good, pressures to injector. ( very common fail)
2:If NOID passes, then injector is bad.
3: Noid fails. hummmmm.

Now we finally get to the ECU failure path,
Dont panic and buy 2 spare ECU yet.

the Ecu will drop injectors if TPS signals W.O.T. all the time( this is the UNFLOOD mode)
the ECU will drop injectors it if the spark supressor is bad or just unplugged.

the ECU injector wires are bad, open or grounded out.
the ecu power is missing. (power +12v or Ground missing open or bad)

The ECU main cap.'s can be bad. ( i have whole page just for that)
last is ECU bad. (keep fath)

many times it is a simple problem, and not an expensive part bad. (mostly)

--------------------data off my fuel pump page.---------------- see it?

At the input to the fuel filter the pressure must be: All pressures, here are out other Suzuki FSM.
34.2 to 39.8 PSI (key on) Static test.
after 1 minute of key off , the pressure should be above 21.3 Psi . Residual test:
While running the pressure should be while at idle , 24.2 to 29.9 PSI. <<<< THIS IS THE CRUCIAL TEST.

WOT = WIDEopen throttle, 70% or more = WOT.

note that lamp is very special, it is an ultra low current lamp that works brilliantly as a NOID.

some LED NOIDs blink so fast you can NOT see them
the human eye sees 15ms flash as nothing, our eyes are kinda slow.
the injection pulses are about 5ms. (however cranking pulses are long enough to see, especially when cold outside)
the incandescent lamp Stretches that pulse out so we humans can see it.
hope that helps.

its hard to catch this flash but I did. see link. see PN.

fuel pump and filter is new got great flow and pressure at the throttle body

the injector was new just before they bought the tracker
it has a 1.8 ohm reading on it

new throttle sensor and i think i got it calibrated right its not in wot

new ecu

Have you checked the power to the injectors? if its like most cars, 12 volt + is supplied to all and the ground is pulsed.
