Default Correct orientation of IAC wires

Can anyone tell me if these are around the right way. I was yanking on the wires (I know V. naughty) and they pulled out of the connector. Now I'm not sure which way around is correct. Left is to the front of the zook, right is to the rear.

'93 16V 1.6 mpi auto LWB vitara.

Many thanks,

Adam

is wont matter , its just a resistor, that varies with heat. (thermistor its called)
sure that is IAT? 2 pins,

on ours the IAT screwed directly into top Aircleaner box.

i will look at VITARAS.
looking....
that is ECT , water temp for ECU.
same answer. dont care. polarity.

Thanksfor your reply. I ended up making some phone calls and got hold of a mates, mates, mate who has an EFI zook and got him to check. I also got a reply for an EFI zook guy on another forum.

As far as wheather or not its the IAC valve, I'm not sure if your getting confused. I thought IAT was Intake Air Temp, which on my zook is built into my air flow sensor (cone type). I'm saying IAC - Idle Air Control

And...

With it unplugged I've got no fast idle/choke when cold and no idle up when warm and i switch the air con on.

when cold i get voltage to the blue wire @ 14V and when warmed up i get 7V. From my research this is the 50% duty cycle that the IAC valve is meant to be running at on my zook. It also has the hex head adjuster on the end (just covered over in my image).

I dont know if the sensors internal resistance varies with heat as i only checked it cold to confirm that it was in the range that my book said it should be at 20 deg celcius (~11 ohm IIRC).

One of the resources i found said in big red letters 'Don't hook the IAC up reverse polarity or it will ruin the valve' hence my anxiety.

Cheers

Adam

sorry, i just couldnt see the part, there,
there are many vitara configs world wide ours dont look like this.

So i retract my statement.
if it is the IAC then it must be wired correctly or ECU will hunt idle backwords and fail.
be like standing with my back to the pitcher.

can tell you the polarity ,sorry.
