front wheel bearing

how do I remove the hub to grease the wheel bearing? 1995 geo tracker, 4wd

and can be depressing to need an $80 tool to grease bearings.
but that is why we see them pounded back on with a cold chisel.

mine sit at 170 ft/lbs with natural alignment on locking ring.
hard to get that right with a chisel.

these are cassette bearings and have huge preloads.

im just very happy that is the only special tool i need for a kick.
