Default looking for a new hardtop

IM looking to buy a new hardtop because ive noticed that all the rubber coating on the outside is cracking, the hardtop itself has little cracks on the top and its not very air tight, so im not excited for winter, ill probably freeze to death. I have a hardtop that no one has ever heard before, and i think the way you attach it to the body of the tracker is different. i was wondering if anyone could show me interior pictures of their hardtops to show me how the hardtop connects to the body, the sunroof top and the back hardtop. that would be very useful. Im also thinking of buying an aftermarket window defroster. has anyone had one of those installed?

That would be a great help.

Thanks

Heres what mine looks like

in the lower left corner, below the window you can see a black screw knob, that screws onto a nut that is connected to the hardtop. The nut goes through a metal hole ring that is bolted onto the body. So when you slip it through the hole, you screw on the black knob, and thats how it goes on. Do most others use latches?

Thanks

Hey Go, I think your "factory" hardtop was made by Bestop and is no longer available, or parts. Do a search, if I remember correctly, Bear was happy with the top he got from Rallytops. Good luck

I purchased a top from Ralley tops about four months ago. I'm happy wit it. It attaches about the same way that yours does and the other tops I looked at fasten the same way as well. Seems to me it would be much cheaper to redo your top than buy a new one. With shipping and all they are about a thousand to twelve hundred dollars.
