Smile '96 Tracker wiring question

Hello,
We put a manual 2wd tub on an auto 4wd chassis. We have everything hooked up and figured out except one thing. There are 2 plugs that dont match up but would on their original chassis's. Here is what they are

Plug on auto 4wd has
2 black w/silver dot wires
1 white w/silver dot wire

Plug from manual 2wd has
white w/ brown dot wire
black w/orange stripe and red dot wire
blue w/red stripe and brown dot wire
white w/silver dot wire
black w/silver dots

What do I need to do with these to make it work?

Flame suit on!

You didn't say what year the 4WD chassis is, but here's a guess: a Tracker 4-spd M41 trans refers to 4th gear as "overdrive". There's connections from the overdrive selector switch (on the transmission selector) to the PCM to indicate the changed shift sequence, and to the dash to indicate "O/D OFF". The connections are via 2 black and 1 white wires This is just a guess. It's easy to figure out from the factory service manuals, but you need to match the year since stuff changes from year to year. I bought a set of 1998 manuals (3 manuals) on eBay for $30.00. The "Power" switch on the other hand uses black, red, green, yellow wires.

Both the manual 2wd and the auto 4wd are 1996

3sp or 4sp auto?

1.6L or 1.8L sport ( lots of harnesses , lots of configs, )

see pm to link , to full schematics.

the ecu wired diff. from 3sp and 4sp.
so is ABS
so is cruise
so is park.

these connections are scattered across all print page. power, engine, starting.

Better to get the manuals (set of 3) for the '96 Tracker/Sidekick. All '96 models are included in the set. Make sure it says "1996" on the cover. If you're really stuck, depending on where you live, there's Tracker specialists who know how to do this since it's a common swap. Look at Kevin's Off Road Extras - Suzuki 4x4 Experts or HAWK STRICTLY SUZUKI | Welcome.. The last one is a parts place, but they'll know people who do these swaps. There's other shops, too.

actually it is quite easy. (assuming you have all the parts for ABS , TCM , etc)
as appropriate.

first if he answers the simple questions, above , you get exact answer.

and those OEM manual sets are over $100 ! and has seperate manual just for schematic, IIRC.
making the total over$150, however if you go to the fleebay and look for Tracker manuals they are much cheaper , used.
many fleebaystores have them.

and looking for actual Suzuki (alternate) manuals are , expensive new, and hard to find used.
in my experience, ymmv

he does now, have the schematic set. I sent it to him.

cheers
