Default bleeding rearbrakes ?? 96 tracker

i just finished replacing the wheel cylinders & lines on my 96 tracker but i can't get any brake fluid to them?????
the pedal feel is nice and hard but i know there is no fluid in the rear brakes

help

Here's what the 96 factory service manual says:
Tool required, TK-0-A-TECH 1 Scan tool.
Rehome procedure: (whatever that means)
1. Using a Tech1, select F5 MOTOR REHOME. The motor rehome function cannot be performed if current DTCs are present. If DTCs are present, the vehicle must be repaired and DTCs cleared before performing the motor rehome function.

2. The entire brake system should now be bled following either "Pressure Bleeding" or Manual bleeding procedure. Tracka96

Motor Rehome might be Suzuki's term for bleading the ABS system? Sounds like a trip to the dealer.
