Default

a/c will not do anthing with out power from the fan.
the a/c amp detects fan loss and shuts down a/c

air-conditioner-repair

the heater will not make heat with out fan air. so the heater will be dead too.

so the fan.

here is more info on the fan.
see next post.
above post shows how the fan , circuit , intererupts AC ops.

Default 1990 fan circuit

here is a 1990 print

3 readings with any voltmeter , nets , answer.

start at blue wire and work up page.

when the voltage drops to zero , with fan on and blower on , bingo the fault.

in your case (above is generic)
you have 2 failures.
so the pink/black wire will NOT be at 12vdc with fan on and this is the reason
all is dead. ( this wire must be hot)

see?

unless the A/C lamp is not glowing then the fuse could be bad.
