Yep the 56B30 is the part number for your ECM, but also a 56B40 (used in the AT model) will also work fine in your tracker. I am using the 56B40 in my 5 SP tracker at the moment. Search your local junkyards, Ebay sometimes can be a source too. Even if you get one in need of repair, $7.00 in parts and a soldering iron are all it takes (check JTGH's website for instructions)....you can also get one repaired using one of the repair services listed on Ebay...$70.00 including shipping (lifetime warranty)

I recently got an ECM from a local junkyard and did the repair in 20 minutes, and it is working just fine....total cost was less than $45.00 USD including the repair parts.

If you are in a jam, I can sometimes come up with one, given a week or so...PM me if you are in dire need.

the 56 is 8v TBI , 1 injector.
the 85 is 16v MPI , 4 injectors
the last digits are auto or manual , calif. or fed48, and year ranges.
best is to give your number and see what you have and then see what might work besides yours, in my 91 5sp I run a automatic ecu, cuz cant find manual ecu, is all.
the newer the car the more hard it is to vary.
cruise control and many diff. things.

here is the real 92-95 epc page.
next post , hope it helps you.
