belt squeak in second gear?

Occasionally, when I put my tracker into second gear and release the clutch, I hear a squeak that sounds like a belt squeaking. Anyone ever heard this on their tracker or know what it is? It doesn't happen all the time, just occasionally.

'92 4wd 5-speed 8-valve.

try removing belt & take it for short drive<no radio or any other device that drains battery
if it still squeeks its not belt if no squeek
check tension on Serpentine Belt or buy new one
rockauto got em $7.00 - $11.00 + shipping

slide alternator 1/4 inch to the right.
assume AC is off.
