Default wierd noise

!st of all hello and its good to have a place to be able to find out about problems about suzukis. My question is while my engine sits running and I turn on my lights it sounds like Im turning on a small compressor under my hood. Now ive found the wierd sound coming from air tube on id quess the throttle body, and when I turn off my lights it quits making that sound. It dosnt affect performance nor does it affect my lights at night. So i hope that someone out there has gone through this so i can try and fix this problem. So thankyou for all of yours help .By the way its a 89 sidekick with a 1.6 8 valve 5 speed and I do like it so Ive got to fix it.

Default

Its the idle control adjusting the idle, and yes a small compressor, AKA the alt, headlights don't run for free.
Normal.
