98 Tracker cranks but won't start

I'm working on a 98 Tracker with the 1.6 and I've just about hit a wall. It has good spark, injector pulse, compression and fuel pressure. I've changed the crank sensor and the distributor, cap and rotor and put new plugs in. I have verified the timing. I disconected the cat to make sure there was no problems with back pressure. In short, everything I can think of to make a car start and it will still just crank with no start. Any ideas?

you Timing belt has slipped.? if belt is KNOWN ok ,the try instant start
if it runs for 2 seconds, get all over fuel pressure.

also have you made sure the spark wires are 1,3,4,2, CCW rotation of the rotor.
ccw=counter clock wise.

symtoms.
1 spark good ,
2:fuel injecting and starterfluid all no go.
3: you will discover Ignition timing way the heck off (static)
4: you will discover compression is low
5: you might discover can shaft doesnt turn (danger of hurting valves for sure)


if compression is good. over 100 psi or so but really should be 150 or more.
and spark is timed. (static timing)
and cam isnt slipped. ( or worse setting ign timing to a wrong cam setting)
car must start with instant start ( only 3 rules)
