Question I have two questions???

I have a 95 Geo tracker and am wondering if anyone has converted an automatic to stick? If so how difficult was it and how long did it take you?

Second I am wondering if anyone has swapt out just the bodies on a tracker?

Any advice on these would be very very helpful!

swapping out a body,? huh?

i know a guy in Montana that has a 4wd Chevy PickUp Frame and running gear and on to
a Ford Pinto body. (Frankencar) hahahah
as one can see?, ANYTHING is possible. All it takes is time and money and
foollng the smog stations.
if body older than 1
967 , only the frist 2 apply.

Some have the same transfere case.
so new tranny, find wrecker doner with whole clutch assemble and the whole center console.
1 weekend, and 5 nights after work, done.

make sure front input shaft on tranny is good, most are NOt.
including the front bearing. in fact replace both. if in quesiton.

the ECU will be ok.

I presume you mean 95 body for a 95 kick body , right? 2dr for 2door.?

Well the Tracker that we just picked that was hit on the front end is in better condition than we thought so will not have to swap bodies now. So that's a good thing. You know how men get these brilliant ideas! Well I can't blame men completely cause I have gotten some real doosey ideas. Anyways, as of right now it's just converting auto to stick. I have to chuckle to myself....my hubby was all against my getting a Geo Tracker and now, 1 month later, we are the proud owners of three and he will be driving one himself! Guess my idea of trying to beat the gas prices wasn't such a bad idea.

your are really on track.
1600 cc's can be easy on gas,
many a SUV are 5000 cc's

it has a double effect, ! the right foot cant be tempted !
