I just gave this to a guy namd Steve.

his car wont start,
so I showed him my simulator harness I made,

this shows exactly what is needed to make ECU run on a bench.
and what is needed to get spark, and injection, with no car present.

i used this to suck the timing advance curves out of my ECU.
for a project .

but it shows how to diagnose , NO spark real clear.

hope this helps someone. 8V only but 16 would be very simular.
