Talking Glad to be here! w/ my '95 Geo Tracker LSi

Extremely happy to find you folks!
I just bought this the other day for some fun and fuel saving. Seems to run great, no oil leaks, body is straight and the title was super clean, 1 owner 85k miles.

I can't identify the fuse for the stock cruise control which has no apparent power. They all look good and I haven't found my vom yet. Any idea which 1 it's suppose to be?

Welcome to the forum. That's a nice Tracker you got, and pretty low miles for the year. Have fun with it!

Thanks for the welcome.

I must be the only 1 registered here with cruise control.

Here's another pic of 2 connectors. Right infront of the battery. I need to find a manual.

Welcome,...Yes you are in a minority here! I don't think that there were alot of LSI's sold. I have only seen one in my area, but I ordered the nice center arm rest for an LSI and installed it in mine. I would love to have CC, but I am thankful that I have A/C!
I have a 96 and a FSM for it and there CC is covered, but it does not show that there are any special fuses. There are MANY parts of the CC system that could be causing this problem.
I purchased my FSM off EBAY from a GM dealer and it was year specific. I would start looking there for one. Please don't waste your money on the Hayes Manual because it is a POS!
If you are lucky jtgh will post with a helpful answer. I am not blowing smoke up his butt, but he does know this truck from stem to stern.
Good luck with this and I hope you find the answer.

You can say that again! I bought the Haynes manual and it is essentially worthless.

Sorry that no one can help you on this problem. I just looked on Ebay and searched "Service manual tracker" and there are several for sale. Purchasing a FSM for my 96 was the best money I spent because it tells how to repair and troubleshoot everything specific to your year truck from bumper to bumper. The cheapo ones are to general and lightly cover each subject.

One of those plugs is the data link connector (has a cover over it). When a jumper wire is used, you can extract DTCs and setting the ignition timing. Search jtgh's signature, he probably has that info there. Good luck
