Default Bad break rotor???

I own a 1997 Suzuki Escudo 2.0, 5 door. I've experienced shimming on the steering, and it's getting worst, it's also running down the tires pretty fast. I've checked steering ends, also ballance and align the wheels and that still dos'nt help. There is also a bumping action on the break peddle when breaking. I've recently suspected maybe a bad break rotor. How can I be sure and how costly is it to replace.

Default

mine were cracked on both sides, PO's are a crazy bunch.

if it fractures all the way while going fast, it can be "FUN" or ???for others.

go to the brake shop and pay for diagnosis.
it could save a life. yours and the others who get hit.

Trouble points, brakes., bad wheel bearings. bad suspension parts or all the above.
check for nuts and bolts missing on the front A arms in front. they like to drop off.
simple to check that , just look.

see bolt missing nut, see bolt backing out but not all the way yet, doom is coming.
