Default 96 5spd/4wd transmission request

Other than input shaft pilot bearing area galling (which I've got big time, most likely thanks to nimrod previous owner[s] holding vehicle in gear at lights), are there any common issues w/ these transmissions to look out for during dissasembly and inspection? This forum has been v. helpful ( Southwest Suzuki for best parts prices, bolt at inside base of gear selector for tx case removal as well as repositioning of pilot bearing for widows and orphans to compensate for input shaft wear) so I thought i'd float this request out there in the event anyone is aware of other common weaknesses in these gearboxes or tx cases before I get started. Thanks in advance for any assistance anyone can render.

if apart , all new bearings ! watch the idler mount bolt ,tricker bugger.
put all parts on a broom stick dowl so no reversals. polarzied washers and 3 balls lock parts are very tricky, must pull in a certain order,
the input shafts are running out, i bought one of the last.
get it while you still can.

all the spare trannies here are gone, due to wrecker wanting aluminum for recycling.

right on about clutch draggers.

JTGH: Thanx for your reply. I'm on hold w/ Southwest as I type. Hope Suzuki has a parts locater like Ford or the General. You've got me worried about availibility. What are polarzied washers? Thanx again.

Southwest is getting me an input shaft-cost $164.45. Also got 2 synchronizer rings. They threw in shipping. Apparently only one parts person, Keith Sexton. V. helpful-just a bit hard to reach.
