What did you mean by " ive changed the front dif". you changed the entire assembly or just the gears inside?

Either the differential is damaged or mis-assembled or the left side CV shaft is stripped or broken.

If it were the transfer case then both front wheels would do it.

You are sure its just the left side? You don't hear any clicking or grinding?

The CV axles have pretty complicated joints in them. If were one were worn out and broken it might do what you describe.

you did what to your differential? "change what, exactly what"

start at the left hub, remove locker, inspect it for damage.
then remove the wheel hub off the spindle, inpect the bearings.
if all these are ok time to inpect left CV joint.
also the lift top mount in Kicks for the left axle mount likes to break a the frame (serv. bulletin on it)
check the bolts on the front trail arm too, they like to get loose.

wiggle everything on the left side, look for looseness.
ok
you will find it.
