Sidekick 92 JLX, limited rearview mirror angle

Hello folks!

The driver's rear view mirror on my JLX has a rather limited angle, at its widest position I can still see most of the car, it's pretty hard to make a change to the left lane w/o having to awkwardly lean forward. Can the swiveling range be adjusted to a wider angle? it is of couse a power mirror
I thought i could get used to it, but a couple days ago i almost smashed a car on my left side

the glass can be move by ether side

for right or left,top or bottom for up or down,JOEAZ

You mean just push it manually? it's a power mirror, will it change its angle?

no the glass in on a pivot behind it,just put your thumb on the glass in the direction you want it to go ,you will hear a click,by doing this you adj. up ,down ,right ,left.
