Default FAQ? need service manual 92 Sidekick

Hello guys and gals,

New to the forum, i have a 92 sidekick jlx. When i roll down the auto window on driver's side around 3/4 down you hear a very very loud pop and the door locks open. So i'd just like a schematic of how to remove the door's inner part in order to see what's happening. Hope this makes sense, thanks!

Thanks for the reply. I hope i could do that, i live in Costa Rica, public libraries do no carry those, no ebay here either. Thus the magic of the internet seems to be my best shot.
So, short of getting that, has anyone removed the door trim? i guess i can go ahead and start pulling parts, but that typically has a tendency of leaving some undesire side effects if i don't know what i'm doing

Any other suggestions are very welcomed

oops off the beaten path. sorry.
you can remove the door panel , they are the easy kind
unscrew, arm rest, and door latch plate.
I use a wide blade putty knife and jam in around edges , gently
and they go pop !
whole thing comes off this way.
then peal clear inside plastic off the edges , heat helps. (hair drier.)
bingo you are inside the door.
will try to find pdf help file for yours.

OK that sounds very similar to my mom's Tercel. That one was entirely manual, no central lock or power windows, but from your description the sidekick is pretty similar. I was just worried to break any cables loose.
I'll give this one a shot (albeit on the weekend if i find the time) and then post back with findings. The pdf would be most welcomed as well
thanks sir!
