95 wheel bearing questions.

Is the wheel bearing for a 95 Tracker a dealer only part? I made the tool tonight and got it off it's a SKF 1866046 bearing .Can I go to a bearing dealer and get this ? I also wonder if I have to will two races and two tapered bearings work? This sure looks like a common tapered bearing just the one
piece double race is what drives the price up.

changing the design, good luck with that....
