Default multi-pin connector, oxygen sensor

Advice sought to disconnect multi-pin connector to oxygen sensor. Usual quick-disconnect doesn't work. Seems to be "seized". This is a green connector, one of two. The other is grey and easily disconnects. What worked for you? Any advice considered and appreciated.

you didnt say year, but most are squeeze tang connectors.
look see tang, press it and see it unlock (most are observable)
then pull
never force it, they never seize cuz gold against gold contacts dont do that.
well mostly, ( i have one near a battery that broke that rule but that ACID)

motto:
first tickle it with a feather, then if that don't work, slam it with a hammer, heheheh
