Default Tracker quit-Mechanic in the Tampa area ??

The 1990 tracker quit today. Due to work hours I will not have a chance to look at it in detail. Was running sort of OK , but started to hestitate on acceleration last week. Today, while idling in the driveway, it died and will not start. Has fuel pressure (at least at the filter) and spark. I'm wondering if it jumped timing (135,000 miles and I don't know when/if the belt was changed). I looked at the pulleys and don't see any timing marks/grooves so can't do any check. So anyway, need to find someone in Tampa ( or south of Tampa) that is good with these..... any recommendations ?

most likely
belt
ecu bad
marks are on front of plastic belt cover above pully , + notch on pulley.
check ignition timing with light and it should be 5 d BTC, if way off, the cam belt has slipped.
if your car is 16 valve , do not drive it until belt is checked or engine will selfdestruct.

in my opinion, if ECU has not failed yet, it will fail very soon.

if belt looks ok and not slipped ,then check Fuel injector with NOID lamp.
is your check engine lamp on while running. ( if it will start)
does check engine lamp glow , when key on ,no start? If not ECU or lamp is dead.
there is start.

It doesn't start at all . It's a 8 valve . Checked the diagnostic by putting the fuse in the plug and watching the check engine light --- had a 12 which means normal.
Pulled the injector a few minutes ago and it looked clean, Ohms were within spec. I gotta think it's the belt. but I've cleaned the pulley's and checked them out and there is no notch ... very frustrating.
