I've seen it done on Trackers here in Florida. They can be taken off, it's just a pain in the ass. Unless there is some sort of kit floating around, I'm assuming you have to fabricate something to make it easier like the Samurais. I wish I had a welder, I'd give it a shot.....Maybe it's possible to weld Samurai hinges on Tracker doors, who knows.

The doors can be removed by splitting the hinges. There are two types of hinge, one type has a rivetted pin and the other type has a circlip. If you have the rivetted type then you can replace them with the circlip type. The pins can de difficult to remove first time because they have a spline and the paint gets in the way too. Once you get them out give them a good clean and its easy from then on. Be careful when knocking out the pins as the hinges are easily bent.

Done.

I replaced the stock pins with long eyelets. Five minutes to remove the doors and only a few more to get them back on.

I started cutting down some stock doors to make 1/2 doors. I wasn't happy with the way the first one turned out and haven't done the second yet. Its surprising how much lighter the doors are with the glass and upper framework removed.
