Default hard top

Hi
I have a hard top on my soft top 95 vitara, but unfortunately damaged one of the roof panels, it looks to be marked up as Bekman? does anyone know if they are still available? if so where abouts? I live in the UK thanks

HARD TOP HARD TO FIX: (why?)
it's mostly fiber glass, take it to a body shop and say, fix it.
if its light scratches then it just needs a sand and paint.
if it is deep damage then:

mix resin , patch, then sand it and paint it, done.
just like fixing a boat, or a Corvette.

if your top is not fiberglass, forget what I said.

how to tell?
easy.
look on the under side , under any cosmetic coverings.
look at the base material.
if it looks like painted gunny sack (burlap sack etc) then it is fiberglass.
a cross hatch of heavy fibers.

if it is smooth, but cuts easy with a knife . like your Tupper ware.
it Polyethylene. ( impossible to work with but can be thermal welded)
Glues dont work on above.

if it is very hard , and smooth , it may be polycarbonate. which is workable.

you can tell this information to the body shop and he can give you some idea as to the cost range.

new tops go for $800 usd
used can go for $300 ,

Thanks for replying, trouble is its not fibre glass which is why I asked, although it has some sort of covering possibly painted it is actually very dense foam, like the stuff in an aerosol can for sealing plumbing pipes in your home, so I don't think its repairable, I feel totally gutted as I found this one at a breakers, whilst picking up a window switch but dropped the rear panel when fitting it to the car, what a twat.

Thanks Tony
