I just want to share a unique experience i am having right now. Everything on my 92 sidekick works great, and nothing is wrong. i never thought the day would come. lets hope it lasts

My 1998 is fully functional (and quite pretty) and my 1991's only one intermittent wipers control functionality away from being fully functional.

OK, that's not counting the AC which, does not work.

Oh don't get me wrong, it runs great and all the accessories work including the cruise control and the power mirrors (YAP!).

The seats are MUCH more comfortable than the ones in my 1998 JX.

The wipers work on low and high, the fluid sprinkler works, it's just that the intermittent wipers (delay) don't. So in a light drizzle, I have to either keep them no low, or activate them by hand.

Scrapyards don't have that controller (the relay is in the arm along with the cruise control) and the dealer wants 385$ for it, much more than I'd be willing to pay for it.

Oh, the remote starter works fine too...

ok im jelous, you have AC. thats the only thing mine doesnt have,
it has just seemed like it has been one thing after another, but i must agree the engine is still running strong after 260k Km's. i dont know if i will ever part with it.
