need some wiring help

I just installed a cd player in my wifes 01 Vitara.I was unable to get a harness adaptor so I hardwired it.Now I have no dome lights or door chimes and four leftover wires ( 2 red with yellow stripes,1 solid red and one solid white)
The player works but loses its memory when the key is off.
Does anyone know where these wires go?
Any help would be greatly appreciated.

the colors are an EIA standard
i guess you wacked out the factory standared harness connector? wow !
the yellow wire is the memory as you can see below.
tape off the unused, especially any head end speaker lines cuz if they ground out , kiss off the amp in the radio/etc.

Hi your radio memery comes from your interior light circuit so replace the fuse and things should sort themselves out.
