It's funny, usually I have got some good responses from this. Nobody has sent me any photos and no tips on how to lift my truck and/or the names of some good shops in and around Coquitlam BC Canada

Dunno bout Canada, but here in New Zealand you can lift a Vitara/Escudo/Tracker cheap by putting standard Holden Commadore VN rear springs in the back of your truck and standard Nissan Laurel C33 rear springs in the front of your truck. Then you need some shocks to suit the extra height which should be just over a 2" lift.

It's easy to do yourself. Depends on how much lift you want. 2"-3" is achieveable with an EFS set of springs & shocks made especially for suzukis. For the front opt for 4 door springs just incase you want to add a bull bar or winch at some stage. I used Old Man Emu front struts as the EFS models we have in NZ were not that great. The next batch is supposed to be much better. Also above your springs you can add spacers. I put 25mm spacers in. That's the maximum lift you can put in before it needs to be certified in NZ. Also for the struts it's a good idea to purchase some camber bolts. it makes it easier to set the wheel alignment. All you need to change the suspension is a jack, some blocks, spanners, hammer, & a lever. The whole job can be done in less than two hours. If you want to do a body lift you will need a lot more time and a bit more equipment. You can get commercially made blocks or make them out of steel box section. You will need to alter the brake lines at the front, lengthen the fuel filler to the tank and you'll need longer studs/bolts for the chassis mounts. There are websites with detailed instructions. Check out my Garage. I am going to do a body lift to improve the clearance. I have 31" tyres on with the lift that i mentioned. Good luck

just thought i would post a pic of my 92 sidekick 2dr auto. it has 1.5" coil spacers, and 30x9.5" tires on 15x7 wheels. looks alot better than stock imo. i have installed 91 ford crown victoria shocks in the rear, and flipped the front stut mount to give me the proper shock travel. also installed some camber bolts.
