Replacing Park/Running Light Bulbs 93 Escudo

I have a 1993 Escudo - What is the simple way to change out the Park/Running light bulbs, they seem quite difficult to get at ???

Thanks anyway. It's actually a Jap version of a Sidekick/Vitara. Manuals Ive found links to don't seem to relate but I'll keep fishin.
