Default Free NFO, Distributor , DISTY O-rings

hello all.
if you want o-rings that dont fail on the DISY. try these.

pn -035 (sae std numbers) disty bottom shaft.

and pn -118 , main housing to head.
prefix V75 ( Viton high temp. rings, will never fail !!!) 400 degr. rating.
50 cents each.

go to O-rings, inc, La. CA.

O-Rings, Inc. Since 1958

I contacted 50 places and these are the onlyones that have good prices and good shipping charges.
I am not affialtiated in any way, just a very happy customer and glad to get viton with out getting gouged !!!
some stores sell these for $10 each.
happy motoring.

the 118 oring is a HIGH FAILURE RATE on all KICKS 89 to 95.
any with a real distributor.

Default O rings for 98 Tracker?

Hi I'm new to this forum and think I have this problem. I was wondering if these were the same size o-rings for needed for a 98 Chevy Tracker?

Thanks!

I put together a photo how-to on my pics page. Check it out and let me know if its at least accurate. (shameless plug for validation )

I have a bunch of the o-rings left over, like 18 sets of the V75 -118 and V75 -035.

I'll put those in the classifieds if its inappropriate here.

nice photo, super.

is see diff, pn on 8v 16v and 98 versas 91.

so best is measure them and order by od, id.

the vitons will last for ever. way longer than OEM.

it can be tricky to measure, I bought 3 sizes to find perfect as I posted above 8v.
they were so cheap, unlike the fleebay scalpers.

if you discover a new size post it. here. (by year or valves. 16v , i dont know them0

Thumbs up Thanks

Thanks Jerry, that's high praise coming from a Sidekick Guru!

It takes nearly twice as long if you take a bunch of pics along the way. But you only have to do that once. Then others can use your photo-story over and over again. That part of the internet is pretty darned cool. I do it 'cause I'm a very visual person.

On a similar thread, my '91 still runs like a top, but I do worry about the caps in the ECU. I'll get around to ordering those and do a photo-story on it as well.

Thanks again,

Mark, how do we access these pics? Being a member of the 91 8V owners group, it's something for me to think about too (just like those caps in the ECU).

Go to JTGH's home page, it's there. Pictures, descriptions, where to get them, how much they cost, etc. Only stops short of him flying to each and every of our locations and doing it for us. Doesn't get any better.
