Default Transmission Breather hose

OK so I replaced the clutch and when I went to disconnect the transmission/transfercase breather it was already disconnected.

Well now I want to reconnect it and I cannot find where to plug it in

I have a 1996 Tracker with Manual Transmission. Can someone look and take a picture or something.

The manual says "Clamp at rear of Head" I cannot find it.

Also, do you think it could be the reason I have an EGR error code?

Default i have same prob

the Y hose fits on to the tranny at the shift cages on top of tranny 4wd. (beather hoses)

then it must go to the high water mark on your car.
some have these on 4 foot snorke tubes on Air tube above hood. ( stream fording mode)

just tie it up with a tie wrap as high as you can get.

then forget it.

Well I assume the breather connects into the crazy system that all the other breathers connect to. Since it would be an "emmission" and if it is not connected I am also assuming there is a leak in that system.

I was hoping to find out where it plugs into. It has wear (stretched) near the end so I know it was on a nipple somewhere.
