Default rotor warp

ok so I have replaced a warped rotor with a new one replacing the pads at the same time a few months ago. Well the new one has now gotten warped, and you can feel the vibration in the pedal and the steering wheel now.

My question is what could possibly be causing the rotor to keep getting warped? The only thing that anybody has told me it could possibly be is that the brake caliper is bad. Not to familiar with brake systems so if someone can enlighten me on what I should do or check, that would be great. My plan was to bleed the system, get new calipers pads and rotors, and hope it would fix it, but who knows, it could possibly be something else thus me asking my fellow Sidekick owners.

You might be missing the heatshield or a splashguard, and if the rotor is hot and you splash it with cool water it will warp.

Default warped rotor

your caliper forces the brake pads to the rotor atthe same time. if he caliper is bad, it may stick on one sidecausingexcessive heat and wear. in turn causing warping. I would check your brake pads. if they are worn evenly and same amount of wear(just like tires) then maybe its something else such as needing an alignment. if one side is more or noticeably worn then yes its your caliper.
