i need the metal bracket that goes from the top center line of Catalyst to the body rubber mount.
have rubber.
P.O. cut it off.

mmh, that's not quite scrapyard material but you might be able to make your own or adapt one from another vehicle.

I think you should be able to weld one onto the existing center line.
