1992 Asuna sunseeker

I just pruchased a 1992 Asuna Sunseeker. I was told that the Geo tracker is the identical truck and that GM sold the Geo as an Asuna, they just changed the name and it is the same vehicle. Is this accurate. When ordering parts, I'm looking at buying a lift kit, I need to know what is the same as parts are hard to find in the Asuna name.

Virtually everything should be the same except maybe for some interior, body and trim .
