4 door Tracker/Sidekick help

Hi, my mom has been looking to buy a used 4 door tracker or sidekick and i was wondering if there was anything i had to look out for problems wise. It would be somewhere in the 1989-1998 year range.

check all the fluid levels (its easy to do, t-case, and differentials, note color as well) t-belt to be done every 100,000kms the 16 valves are interference motors, water pump as maintenance when doing the belt, make sure the 4wd works in call transfer-case positions,
