Rear wiper

I want to install a rear doo wiper on my 98 4-door Tracker. I plan to get a motor form a junk yard (probably from a minivan). What else would I need besides a on-off switch? What controls the intermittent action of the motor? Do I need a relay? Can I use the existing parts that control the front wiper to control the rear one?

Sidekicks did come equiped with rear window wipers. It might be best to find a complete system from a Sidekick from the junk yard, if you can find one.
