I attended the west coast Kizashi media launch in Portland, OR. I must say, the vehicle is very nice and is quite impressive. Certainly a worthy competitor in the segment. You can read my story on my Web site, Subcompact Culture:

That car is damn right sexy in black. I also like the silver though.

So the four doesn't feel anemic, even in the fairly heavy AWD? I'm a bit surprised, and look forward to test driving one myself.
