For USA wrecker sources, use...
Car-Part.com--Used Auto Parts Market

You did say "new", but I assume you mean good / used, or MAYBE a reconditioned engine is what you seek?? If so, try...
http://www.jasperengines.com/index.php

Stateside new here, but the price WITH shipping on top would be outrageous I think...

I'd certainly bet that the engine in question there is good / used, or MAYBE reconditioned locally. The price is way too low to be a "new" engine. You should be able to e-mail or phone them to confirm.

Heck...JUST a new block will set you back over $2K, picked up at a USA Dealer.

CYLINDER BLOCK Samurai, Sidekick; 1.6L 1.3L, 1.6L W/O 16-VALVE

$2,030.58

What is wrong with your engine (short of a rod through the side) that can't be rebuilt / machined locally?
