Default Sierra exhaust fumes filling car

I recently purchased a 96 Sierra, and am having trouble finding where exhaust fumes are leaking into car. I've gone through and plugged up any suspicious holes but its still bad. It seems to get worse when I open the windows so I'm not sure if its leaking in from holes or just rushing in when I open the windows. Has anyone else had this problem? And what could it be? The fumes are strong enough to make your eyes water

Does your exhaust exit to the rear like this? If it has been redone and exits straight back, you need to get than bend in it so that it exits behind the rear wheel.

It goes straight back so I will bend it around and see how it goes! Thanks

Just one of the particularities of the aerodynamics of a rolling brick.
