Default What does this symbol mean

I have honestly have never seen this symbol used and I have no idea what it means. Can anyone tell me what it means and how to fix it?

catalytic converter over temperature - usually only seen on Japanese home market models. There is a sensor on the cat that sometimes fails or it could be a blocked cat.
