Default taking off supercharger and putting on stock carby

after taking off my supercharger can i put a factory set carby bak on a decompressed head?and will it run fine

assuming that you didn't do anything to the engine or components or dammage anything... yeah. You need all the electrical pugs and connectors and you need your vacuum lines all routed right. Did your supercharger bolt on to the stock manifold?

If it's the real thing, don't get rid of it. Those things are like gold. They haven't been available for years.
