yes. they did come with a sway bar. did you buy your samurai with a lift? because a lot of people remove them for better articulation. i removed mine because i use mine for offroad only. i would sell you it but i live in canada and i see that your in california.

Just make sure you tell them the year of your Zook as they changed mounting positions halfway through the production years.
