i have an 88 motor to go into my 87 body my old body rusted out . and i was wondering if i can just put it in and run it on the harness that in the 87 but its different then the 88 so what can i do to make this easy
Both model years have very little difference where the engine is concerned. Go for it.
If the motor is still in the new body, just pull the intake and exhaust away from the block, swap blocks, then bolt the intake and exhaust back on the good motor. No wiring changes...
