On a stocker (no lift) there is only about .25" of space between the frame and the body when you look below the doors.
A simple shackle lift will not require longer brake lines or steering mods. Just keep the overall lift to 2" or less (up to 4" longer shackles).
If you find that the brake lines up front look a little tight during articulation, find a pair of line extensions from a junk yard. they will give you plenty of slack. You can find the extensions under the hood on the passenger side where the brake lines transition from body to frame.
