radiator fluid level

I constantly find my antifreeze level in the radiator low. I refill the fluid with what is in the resevior bottle which is overflowing. Why is this happening?.

I really am not losing any antifreeze and the temp gauge on the dash is fine.

It may be time to replace the rad cap...

Thank You for your reply, sorry I got back to you so late. I did replace the cap at $6.00 which corrected this problem, thanks, again.
