Question Samurai seat switch

I have a 1986 Samurai JX with some bad front seats (the springs are showing through the foam). I am having trouble locating either new or used seats for it and would like to know if anyone has any experience swapping out the stock seats with seats from other Suzukis or similar vehicles.

Thanks,

Dave

sidekick seats are supposed to swap right out. and i have been told that it shouldnt cost more than like $50-60 to get a shop to fab up sliders for any seat. i have a pair of integra seats waiting to go into mine right now. what ever you do, get something that has more cushion than the samis.

good luck

Default Suzuki Swift GTi seats

I tried to install Suzuki Swift GTi Sport seats in my Tracker, and they DID not bolt right in. The tracks would have to be taken off my Geo sets and bolted to the Swift seats after drilling new holes. Seemed like too big of a job for me, so I am selling the Swift seats: Suzuki Swift GTi / Geo Metro Front Sport Bucket Seats

Lemme know if anyone wants them. idc4mhc@msn.com

those are some nice seats. i would take a seat and a the truck to a machine shop and ask them what it would make to make those sweet seats work in your truck.

good luck
