Stearing damper for 97 sierra

hey does any one no if a stearing damper for a 97 sierra is hard to put in. is it just bolt on or do u have to use a weilder

There are kits out there that bolt onto the steering drag arm for other models.

I know with the 1998 onwards Jimny that you can use the Samurai damper but you need to make a bracket to mount on the chassis end of the damper. You might have to do the same with your model.
