Default Jimny 2004 alternatorbelt rupture

Hi.
I own a suzuki jimny 2004, Recently the alternator belt had torn to tiny bits somewhat like dust. We have replaced the belt with an new one, yet within three days the belt tore once again. We have checked if the alternator and the waterpump is stuck yet both run smoothly when the engine is switched off. So right now we have no clue what causes the rupture. Is it possible that the while the motor is running, the alternator or waterpump can get stuck ? And when the engine is off the alternator and waterpump run smooth again??
i really can't figure this one out ! pls help.
